You can exercise the following rights in relation to your personal data at any time:

Your rights include the right:

to access your own personal data;
to rectify your personal data;

to erase your personal data when there is no longer a legal basis (or a legal obligation) for its storage, or you have given us your consent;
to restrict your personal data (in certain cases);
to object – where processing is carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest;
to portability – in the case of a contract or personal consent and where processing is carried out by automated means.

Possibility of complaint: if you feel that your rights are not being exercised properly, we will be happy to hear from you in the first instance. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint or report with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

Processing purposes

When you visit our website

When you visit our website, we store your IP address for a short period of time up to the end of the session. If our system determines that you are not engaging in any activities that would compromise the operation of our website, this information will be automatically deleted.

In the event that our system determines that you are performing activities that are obviously illegal or clearly directed towards disabling the operation of the website, your IP address is stored permanently and our system places it on a blacklist of IP addresses, consequently preventing you from continuing to use the website.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data: on the basis of its own legitimate interests (Article 6(1)f of the General Regulation), the controller processes personal data for the purpose of website security and the prevention of illegal activities on the website (such as hacking, misuse of passwords, etc.).

User categories: website hosting provider and security solutions provider. Users process personal data solely on the instructions and under the supervision of the controller.

Personal data is transferred to the USA on the basis of standard contractual clauses (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021), which are included in the data processing contract agreed with the provider in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

Storage period: at most until the end of the session (the general rule) or permanently (in case of attempted abuse).

We welcome your every message. Here, our communications will be based on our legitimate interest as demonstrated by the controller’s communication with the general public. If you do not wish to disclose your personal data to us, we regret that we will not be able to respond to your enquiry, offer … You may terminate the communication at any time (by notifying us), which will also mean that we will delete your personal data.

If you apply for a (vacant) position

When we are looking for new employees, we publish the vacancy on our website, through which you can submit your application.

The processing of personal data in the event of a job application is carried out on the basis of – as the GDPR calls it – the implementation of measures at the request of the individual before a contract is agreed.

If we identify you as a good candidate but are not yet able to offer you a position, we may ask you to provide your personal consent for us to keep your personal data for a longer period of time in the event of a vacancy opening after the selection process has been completed. This is a completely voluntary decision that you can revoke at any time.

You can send us your details even if we don’t have a current vacancy. In this case, we will process your personal data based on your consent.

If you do not wish to disclose your personal data to us, we will not be able to employ you.

Personal consent obtained after the selection procedure and in cases where applications are sent outside the scope of the procedures (Article 6(1)a of the GDPR).

Storage period: 60 days from the end of the selection procedure for candidates that were not selected. Selected candidates will receive additional information during the proposal of an employment contract. In case of additional personal consent: until revoked or 1 year (whichever comes first).

We perform web analytics and marketing on websites through cookies and solely on the basis of your explicit consent. We also market our services on the basis of your consent – again, only if you have given us your consent to use marketing cookies.
