Company LESKO Žiri is the fruit of the manufacturing, sales and development efforts of a Slovenian family that produces custom-made wooden furniture since 1990.
The team places great emphasis on the technological sophistication of work processes, machines, and the training of their employees.
To fulfil its mission and vision and adapt to the ever-growing market needs and trends, LESKO Žiri decided on setting a new corporate strategy so that the company once and for all can act as one.

Approach
ANGELIS’s first step towards helping LESKO Žiri in the process of digital transformation was gathering company data regarding its needs, products, customers, partners, finances, functions, and departments.
The next step was conducting research of their industry and forming a digital strategy with specific digital solutions, actions and recommendations adjusted to their company.
After agreeing on the provided strategy our team of experts started the process of implementing the digital solutions gradually. At the same time, we were providing trainings for their employees to learn how to work with the new solutions.
