Approach
Fast and user-friendly solution is requested, which in turn will save a lot of time, reduce the possibility of errors to a minimum, increase work productivity and responsiveness to customer needs.
Clients request for restricted access to the functionality of the platform was considered, so two user types were formed: users and partners (users representing BESTWOOD partner company on their behalf).
SSL certificate is installed on the web server, which verifies the identity of the site and encrypts the data being transmitted. Communication protocol is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) or Secure Sockets Layer) (SSL).
Solution
A B2B platform with fast and user-friendly input was created, to enable easy placing (customer) and receipt (company) of orders. Advanced algorhitms were implemented into the platform that enable optimization of logistic processes in the company with creating optimal truck loading plan. The online platform is designed to work locally and online.
The order segment in the B2B platform only shows the user a list of orders according to his approved user rights. If user is a partner, the access is granted only to a list of orders that have been created for the partner company he represents.
