Your tasks include:
- Design innovative digital interfaces and create UX solutions to support customer requirements;
- Collect and translate insights into user journeys that deliver delightful experiences;
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets;
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps;
- Use your creativity and technical knowledge to convert the user feedback into appealing interactive functionality;
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems;
- Create quality layout adjustments, mockups, and prototypes;
- Meet with clients, recommend solutions and discuss potential projects;
- Collaborate with the management and development team;
- Help and assist in other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
We seek teammates that have:
- 4+ years of experience in the field;
- Bachelor of computer and information science or another relevant technical degree;
- Experience with a variety of tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Marvel, Axure, Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar;
- Strong knowledge of creating storyboards, wireframes, flows, comps, and prototypes;
- Ability to work with clients and design suitable user experiences to satisfy their needs;
- Experience with front-end web design and languages (D/HTML, JavaScript, XML, Flex, CSS);
- Understanding of UX and UI testing and behavioral analysis methods and toolkits to hypothesize and inform design solutions;
- Solid awareness of current development trends and best practices in the industry;
- Willingness to participate in design discussions and you are a team player;
- Innovative mindset, high motivation, and you are ambitious problem-solvers;
- Very good knowledge of English, ideally Slovenian proficiency.
