Company Gradbeništvo Jerič is one of the central European area’s leading concrete paving companies.
The use of modern equipment for pouring and levelling concrete slabs enables this company to easily apply pavement to large industrial concrete slabs. The company grew out of a local paving business to international paving company with high quality references.
With their growth it became harder and harder to keep the company and their projects well organized. They needed a solution that will help them with project and workforce management.
For a business to grow healthy it is very important to have well organized data so the management can make the right decisions and continue a healthy increase of projects, workforce and capital. In close collaboration with the client’s management team resulted in determining the scope and functionality of the app itself.
The app was delivered to employees to test the user experience. Their feedback and opinions were considered before launching the final solution. The management team was provided with management module of the app to help them see the big picture and discover opportunities for optimization.
Launched internal company mobile application that takes care of employees’ attendance logging and customer / project management. Three levels of access were created for different departments in the company.

Employees received an application that provides them with insights on their effectiveness and an organized work schedule for near future. Administrative processes with time attendance and vacation reservations became digital. That enabled automatic transfer of information to correct departments.
